Bed & Breakfast Tariff

Bed & Breakfast from £25.00 per person per night. A supplement will be charged for single occupancy of a king, double or twin room.

Single Room £30.00 per night, Bed & Breakfast.

Dogs welcome at £5.00 per night.

All prices include a Scottish or Continental breakfast.

Packed lunches are available at £7.00 per person.

Deposit Payments

We charge a £10 deposit for all accommodation bookings, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. You can pay this deposit through PayPal (add 4.5% to cover charges) using a range of widely-accepted credit/debit cards once we have confirmed your reservation.

Deposits & Cancellation
We request 48 hours notice for cancellations. After that, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the booking.

Payment Methods
All accounts must be settled in CASH or by Credit/Debit card through PayPal please add 4.5% to invoice to cover costs, Cheques and BACS only accepted from corporate clients. Our nearest ATM is the Co-operative Superstore in Forfar 1.5miles away

Pets
We are also happy to welcome dogs by arrangement for a small fee of £5.00 per night, per animal.

Smoking
Balmashanner is a strictly non-smoking establishment. We reserve the right to charge for any cleaning or repairs that are due to smoking on the premises.
